Shipping Rates:
For customers with a shipping address in the continental United States, shipping rates will be quoted in your shopping cart at the time of purchase. We do not ship outside the continental United States, the shopping cart will not have a quoted amount for shipping. For these orders, customers will be contacted by our Web Order department with a shipping quote prior to order fulfillment. In the event an item ordered requires truck freight, our Web Order department will prepare a freight quote for the customer to approve prior to the final processing of any order. Items ordered from our website that require truck freight are EXCLUDED from any and all shipping promotions.
Shipment by USP: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental United States. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 4 - 10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental United States. Allow addition time from shipment to Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Merchandise Returns:
There are no returns on electrical or special ordered parts. 20% handling charge on all acceptable return parts. No refund after 10 days and no refunds without this original receipt or invoice. Return goods must be in the original returnable container and must meet manufacturers packing standards.
