Warranty Administrator

The warranty administrator in this role should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The candidate must effectively manage multiple projects while possessing exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills, in addition to strong mathematical and computer competencies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • The Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with Agriculture and Construction equipment warranties.
  • He or she ensures the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim.
  • Code and Process warranty claims.
  • Verify criteria required by factory.
  • Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or to be scrapped.
  • Follow up with the factory regarding unpaid claims.
  • Reconcile warranty claims schedule(s).
  • Maintain service-related correspondence and files.

 

Additional Duties

Cultivates strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and manufacturer representatives.
