Warranty Administrator
The warranty administrator in this role should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The candidate must effectively manage multiple projects while possessing exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills, in addition to strong mathematical and computer competencies.
Responsibilities:
- The Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with Agriculture and Construction equipment warranties.
- He or she ensures the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim.
- Code and Process warranty claims.
- Verify criteria required by factory.
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or to be scrapped.
- Follow up with the factory regarding unpaid claims.
- Reconcile warranty claims schedule(s).
- Maintain service-related correspondence and files.
Additional Duties
Cultivates strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and manufacturer representatives.
