What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Perform critical repairs, adjustments, and equipment testing
  • Remove and install parts and assemble/disassemble components
  • Complete repairs efficiently and do it right the first time
  • Communicate professionally with customers and management about repairs
  • Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment
  • Provide assistance and technical guidance to other technicians when needed
  • Build positive customer relationships and support customer satisfaction
  • Complete service repairs and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean and professional shop, tools, and assigned vehicles
  • Continue developing product knowledge and technical skills
  • Follow safety procedures and work safely and efficiently

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5–10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulics
  • Ability to read and understand service manuals, parts literature, specifications, and technical bulletins
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn company software
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to attend training and continue learning
